Falcons Swim and Track and Field, your photoshoot is coming up!

Your pre ordering link will be below and will close after your team’s photo session.

Payment is taken via preorder and cash, check or card on the day of your shoot. All athletes are required to be at the shoot for the team photo and only those who purchased a package or buddy photo will be photographed. Athletes who did not purchase a package can still be photographed, but bulk preorder pricing will not be in effect.

**Please note that all orders past the preorder cutoff are subject to a la carte pricing and shipping costs.

  • Date: March 13th, 2025

    Time: 4:00pm

  • River Springs Magnolia Gym

    • Full Gameday Uniform

      Clean uniform, socks and game shoes (no crocs!).

    • Sport specific accessories and small sentimental accessories

    • Light hair and makeup. Nothing too crazy, but come ready to slay.

    • Hair accessories and done hair (gameday styled or fashion styled, your choice.)

FAQs

  • The system we use requires us to select either shipping or pickup. If we allow shipping, it tries to add shipping costs to you. We don’t want that! So, we opt for pick up and we just deliver the products to your coordinator.

  • If we are doing traditional photography (natural background and a subject) for your team, it takes any where between 2-4 weeks for the turnaround.

    If we are doing composite photography (green/blue screen photography and a digital background), the turn around stretches to 4-6 weeks due to the nature of the work needed for the graphics.

    Typically, we get all products in a much faster timeframe, but with the unpredictability of shipping these days, we’d rather under promise and try to over deliver.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot allow which frame we use for our photography. We have a checklist that our editors go through to ensure that the frame used fits within the finished product’s aesthetic. We can’t have a side lit face with a light source coming from the opposite side, can we?

  • Make up days are at the discretion of the organization booking us. We don’t charge to come out to shoot the teams, but we do have a small fee to come out for makeup days. Please contact your coordinator or us if you need any assistance.
