Photography
Our delivery process includes 2 Folders. The first is a Full Resolution image folder. This is for use for all print products pertaining to the sale of the property; flyers, canvasing printouts, and internal printing necessities. The second folder is the MLS/Social Media folder. These images are processed and sized for quick but sharp uploads. *Additional travel fees may apply

Video Walkthrough
We take and edit a video ranging from 1 to 3 minutes, add some music based on the target prospective buyer and upload straight to Zillow™ for you. Our videos are also uploaded to our video distribution partner and can be downloaded direct to your device or shared via link through your social media platform.

Zillow 3D Tour
This does require an extra hour per 1,000 square feet in order to produce a clean stitch job.
Our plans are completed first thing to give the servers time to process the upload. Most times the completed walkthrough is finished and available to view shortly after we have completed all other photography and videography. You will be able to view the walkthrough once the listing is live on Zillow™.
